Cancellation Policy

VIP Delegate registration Your details By registering to attend this event you are agreeing that the contact details you provide for your registration can be made available to the sponsors exhibiting at the event. They may therefore contact you using the details provided to advise you of details of the services they provide. Cancellation of VIP tickets For cancellations made up to one week prior to the event there will be no charge. For cancellations received after this time, or for those registered delegates who do not attend on the day, there will be a £70 administration fee. Agreeing to the terms and conditions confirms that you will be subject to invoicing for the total payment amount based on your indicated option. Agreeing to the terms and conditions means that you will be fully subject to the cancellation policy. Substitutions can be made at any time in advance or on the day of the event. Confirmation Once written confirmation of your booking has been received, you will be sent an email confirmation and, closer to the event, an email detailing joining instructions. If you have not received this information by at least two weeks before the conference, please contact the conference organisers to ensure that your booking has been received and processed.
